This week, we’re talking about Labor Day. The holiday was established to celebrate American workers and all that jazz, but it’s starting to feel a little backward when you consider the state of America’s labor force, the current job market and stagnant wage levels we’re experiencing. We spoke on how we feel about the holiday, but more importantly, we talked about some of our financial lessons we’ve learned in the last 12 months or so that’s made this labor day especially hypocritical for us. If you’re a person that loves a conversation going off on a tangent and somehow (eventually) getting back to the original point….once again, we didn’t disappoint.
