This week, we’re renewing a conversation that sometimes we feel like dies and gets resurrected only when another case of police brutality goes “viral”.  Actually, this conversation began off the mic with us sitting around the house comparing plans of what we will, and more importantly, won’t do if (and when) we’re stopped by police. We then went into a conversation about the Sandra Bland murder (let’s call it what it is) and how that has further informed some of our decisions about how we interact with police going forward. We just really felt like this conversation, although it’s not the most pleasant or entertaining, has to be had in perpetuity so we’re not only speaking about the issue of police brutality and/or the murder of unarmed civilians when yet another video surfaces.
