Recently, there has been numerous allegations of sexual assault in Hollywood involving names like:  Harvey Weinstein, Nelly, Dustin Hoffman and Brett Ratner. This week we decided to have an honest talk about what we’re seeing as possibly an overuse (and in some cases, misuse) of the term “sexual assault”. Though we sympathize with victims of sexual assault, there are a few inherent issues we have with the politically correct culture of the media when it comes to describing all of these events as somehow being equivalent. We discussed some of the things that have bothered us about the way these stories have been covered and we also discussed how some of this coverage may be causing more harm than good.
