In this episode, we go on a rant about our recent customer service experiences. Lately, we’ve noticed that customer service has gone down the toilet and we have one question: why!? No one seems to care about providing quality customer service whether it’s over the phone with AT&T or Sprint, in person at  a retailer like Best Buy or a bank like Wells Fargo or in a restaurant such as Cheesecake Factory. We explore our theories on why customer service is so piss poor at most places now and we also (try) to come up with a solution.
